Almond Chicken and Rice Casserole 1 lb. ground pork sausage 1 medium green pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 4 large celery stalks, diced 3 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup 7 cups water 2 cups uncooked long grain rice 1 cup chopped almonds Simmer sausage, celery, pepper, and onion until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, but not brown. Cook the soup in 7 cups water as directed on the soup package. Combine sausage mixture and soup in a large casserole baking dish. Add rice and almonds and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. Recipe may
