Baked Potato Dish 6 good sized baking potatoes 1 pint sour cream 1 bunch green onions, chopped or sliced 1 cup sharp grated cheese 1 1/2 tsp. salt Paprika 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese Bake potatoes a day before serving. When cold, remove skins and grate into large bowl. Add sour cream, green onions, 1 cup cheese and salt, and mix well. Put in buttered casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 15 |
