Broccoli Casserole 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed 1 cup instant rice (like Minute Rice) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water 1 small onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz 1/2 stick butter 1/2 tsp. msg (optional) Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Broccoli Rice Casserole 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice and seasonings 3 cups boiling water 4 beef bouillon cubes 1 onion, chopped 2 jars bacon flavor soft cheese (like Kraft) 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli Bring water to a boil and add beef cubes. Dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a large, buttered, covered casserole at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring several times during baking. |
