Carrot and Rice Puff 2 cups cooked carrots, mashed 1/4 cup milk 2 Tbsp. butter Dash pepper 2 eggs, separated 1 1/2 cup cooked rice 1/2 tsp. salt Combine carrots, milk, butter and seasoning. Add egg yolks and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into carrot mixture. Pour into a 6 cup buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Easy Casserole |
