Cheese Fondue 1 cup milk 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. butter, melted 3 egg yolks 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 egg whites Scald milk and add to bread crumbs. Cool slightly. Add cheese, butter, salt, pepper and egg yolks. Lastly add beaten egg whites. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with cream of mushroom soup for a sauce. Cheese Souffle |
