Chicken Tamale Pie 3 1/2 cups diced chicken or turkey 1/4 lb. butter 1/2 cup flour 1 Tbsp. chili powder Salt and pepper Garlic to taste A-1 sauce to taste 7 cups chicken broth 2 cups corn meal 6 hardboiled eggs 1 bottle stuffed olives 1/2 lb. grated cheese To make sauce, melt butter and mix with flour until smooth. Add seasonings and 3 cups of the chicken broth and cook. Prepare a mush from the corn meal and 4 cups of the broth. Line baking pan with a layer of half of the mush. Cover with alternate layers of
