Chinese Casserole 1 cup raw white rice 1 cup chopped celery 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 1 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 5 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 cup water Chinese noodles In a 9 x 13 inch pan place rice, then celery, then beef, then onions. Combine soup, soy sauce and water. Pour over rice layers. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil. Cover top with Chinese noodles and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
