Chow Mien Hot Dish 1 lb. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 2 cups celery, chopped 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 can chicken rice soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans water Dry chow mien noodles Brown ground beef, add all other ingredients and mix well. Put chow mein noodles on top. Bake in a slow oven (325 degrees) about 30 minutes. Bean sprouts and mushrooms
