Creamy Salmon Casserole 1 1/4 cups sour cream 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup grated onion 1 Tbsp. sliced pimento 6 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained Parmesan cheese Blend sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in salmon, green pepper, onion and pimento. Combine with noodles. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. |
