Green Rice 2 cups cooked rice 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup grated sharp cheese Salt and pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 cup chopped parsley 3 well beaten egg yolks 3 stiffly beaten egg whites Combine rice and cheese, butter, salt, pepper, onion, parsley and egg yolks.
