Ham and Cabbage Casserole 1 cup cooked ground ham 2 cups shredded cabbage 1/4 cup boiling water 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. flour 1 cup milk 1/4 cup grated cheese Steam shredded cabbage in boiling water and salt. Drain into heated and greased casserole dish. Place half of cabbage and sprinkle with flour. Add layer of ham and cover with remaining cabbage. Heat milk and pour over cabbage. Top with grated cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove cover and brown
for 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
