Mushroom Noodle Bake 1 lb. fresh mushrooms 4 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup onions, minced 1 (8 oz.) pkg. your choice of noodles, cooked 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup soft bread crumbs Rinse mushrooms, pat dry and slice. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Saute mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes. Set aside. Combine noodles, mushroom mixture, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole. In a small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add bread crumbs and toss lightly. Sprinkle over noodle mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until heated through. |
