Potato Casserole 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes 1 pint sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup melted butter 2 cups crushed corn flakes 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Cheddar cheese Combine hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, onion and green pepper and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine melted butter, corn flakes and cheese and top the mixture in the baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
