Potato Ham Bake
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 (16 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup crushed cornflakes
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread in an 8 inch square casserole dish, coated with cooking spray. Combine cornflakes and margarine.
Sprinkle over casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees
for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
