Potato and Ham Casserole Filling: 1 (2 lb.) package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes 1/2 cup melted margarine 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 cup cream of chicken soup 2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup diced ham 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped onion Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture in dish. Topping: 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1/4 cup melted margarine Top with cheese. Mix crushed cornflakes and melted margarine together and spread over mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
