Potato Sausage Casserole 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups sliced raw potatoes 1/2 lb. cheese, grated Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup and milk, onions, salt and pepper. Layer potatoes with soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers, ending with sausage. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and return to
oven long enough to melt. |
