Spanish Spaghetti 1 lb. cheese, minced 2 lbs. dry spaghetti 1 large can mushrooms 1 large bottle stuffed olives 2 pints cooked tomatoes 1/2 lb. bacon, minced 2 lbs. hamburger 2 large onions, sliced 2 large green peppers, sliced Put bacon in a frying pan and brown slowly. Add meat in small bits and brown. Brown onions and peppers. Add olives and mushrooms. Cook spaghetti until tender. Drain and add cheese and all other ingredients. Mix well. Cook in covered dish in a slow oven (about 325 degrees) for 1 hour. |
