Spinach Casserole 2 packages frozen chopped spinach 1/2 cup margarine 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 Tbsp. milk Dash Tabasco sauce 1 (2 oz) can French fried onions Seasonings to taste: Garlic salt Garlic powder Celery salt Lawry's seasoned salt Defrost spinach and thoroughly drain. Cream margarine, cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Add seasonings to taste. Put spinach in a buttered casserole and spread cream cheese mixture over the top. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. |
