Sweet Potato Casserole 3 eggs, beaten 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes 1 stick butter 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 cup sugar Mix and place in greased casserole dish. Make topping. Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup flour Chopped nuts Mix together sugar, butter and flour. Crumble over casserole. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
