Yap Yap Casserole 2 (7 oz.) packages Chinese noodles, cooked to soften 2 lbs hamburger 1 large onion, chopped 1 celery stalk, sliced 1/2 large green pepper, cut in small pieces 1 can mushrooms and juice 1 small jar chopped pimento 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can tomato soup 1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup catsup Chili powder and oregano to taste Grated Cheddar cheese Brown hamburger, onions and green pepper. Add celery, mushroom, juice, soups, chestnuts, garlic, spices and vegetables. Mix in slightly cooked noodles. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with grated
Cheddar cheese. |
