Cake Mix Cookies 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine 1 egg 1 cup raisins or chocolate chips 1/2 cup flaked coconut or chopped nuts Combine cake mix, milk, butter or margarine and egg. Beat on low speed until a very stiff dough forms. Mix in raisins or chips and coconut or nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 13 minutes. Cool 2 minutes, then remove from pans to wire racks to cool. |
