Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and peanut butter. Remove from heat and add sugar and flour. Stir well. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 32 minutes, or until lightly browned and edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Makes approximately 2 dozen. |
