Chocolate Chip Picnic Bars 2/3 cup butter 2 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 eggs 2 2/3 cup flour 1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add sifted dry ingredients with chocolate chips. Spread in a greased pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut in bars. |
