No Bake Crispy Clusters 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup margarine 5 cups crisp rice cereal 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 6-oz pkg. semisweet chocolate chips, melted Melt marshmallows with margarine over low heat and stir until smooth. Add cereal, coconut and nuts, and stir well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Top clusters with melted chocolate and chill. Or, press cereal mixture into greased pan and top with
melted chocolate, then cut into squares. Makes 3 to 4 dozen. |
