Polish Colaches

1 lb. margarine
1 lb. cream cheese
4 cups flour
Pie filling or jam

Mix margarine and cream cheese together until well blended. Add flour all at once and mix with fork until crumbly. Knead by hand until dough no longer sticks to your hands. Add more flour if necessary. Put dough on a floured surface and roll out from the center until thin. Cut in 3 inch squares. Put about 1/2 teaspoon of pie filling or jam in center of each square. Pull 4 corners together and pinch. Set on baking pan. 

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. These may be frozen before baking. If frozen, allow to thaw 10 minutes before baking. 

Cool on rack for 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
