Raisin Crisp Cookies 1 cube butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup ground raisins 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add raisins, egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Form into small balls and place onto cookie sheet. Press slightly with bottom of small glass. Bake in 350 degree oven about 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Do not over-bake. Frost with powdered sugar and coconut frosting. |
