Sour Cream Cookies 1 cup shortening 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 2/3 cup sour cream 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 tsp. vanilla 4 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. soda Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and cream. Beat 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and mix lightly. Drop from spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 18 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
