3 Layer Jell-O Salad
Use loaf pan or rectangular pan.
1 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
Mix Jell-O as directed.
First Layer:
Half fruit cocktail, mix with 1 cup Jell-O. Jell until firm.
Second Layer:
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, mix with 1/4 cup water
Take fruit juice, heat (not boil). Remove from heat, add mayonnaise, cream cheese and
gelatin; mix until all is dissolved. Pour over first layer. Chill until firm.
Third Layer:
Add remaining Jell-O and fruit. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce
leaf, sliced or spooned.
