7-Up Salad
2 pkgs. lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-Up
Mix all the ingredients and chill until set, using an 8x12-inch pan or dish. Then mix
together:
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
1 1/2 cup tiny marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
Add this to Jell-O mixture and refrigerate until firm. Then mix together:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cool and spread over
Jell-O.
Whip 1 package Dream Whip and spread over Jell-O. Sprinkle to with grated cheese.
