Avocado Salad I
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 cups hot water
2 mashed avocados
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
Garlic salt to taste
Mix Jell-O with hot water and allow to congeal slightly. Mix remaining ingredients and add to Jell-O. Place in mold to set.
Avocado Salad II
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 small can condensed milk
1 Tbsp. onion juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup celery
1 avocado, sliced
Add hot water to Jell-O. When slightly congealed, whip and add mayonnaise. Chill and add whipped condensed milk. Combine remaining ingredients with whipped Jell-O.
Serves 10.
