Cantaloupe Fruit Salad
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups ginger ale
1 cup cantaloupe balls
1/2 cup white grapes, cut in half
2 fresh peaches, sliced or in balls
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; cool. Add ginger ale and fruit. Chill in ring mold until
firm.
Turn out on shredded lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
(Note: the size of the Jell-O package
isn't specified by the cook. It is probably a small size
package.)
Melon Salad
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 cup honeydew melon balls
1 cup watermelon balls
1 cup cantaloupe balls
Prepare Jell-O according to package directions. When partially set, add melon balls.
Chill until firm.
