Cranberry Jell Supreme Salad
1 can cranberry jelly
1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 cup hot water
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 cups small marshmallows
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup celery or walnuts
Mix hot water with Jell-O, and when dissolved, add cranberry jelly. When congealed,
add remaining ingredients, mixing well, then place in refrigerator. Serves 6 to 8.
Cranberry Salad
1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 orange (ground)
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup ground cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup drained, crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, add sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup pineapple juice. Chill
until partially set. Add other ingredients. Chill until firm. An oblong baking dish is best.
Serves 8.
