Green Jell-O Salad
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 cup evaporated milk
1 pt. (2 cups) small curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish (optional)
1 cup chopped walnut meats
In a large bowl dissolve lemon and lime Jell-O in 2 cups hot water. Add all other
ingredients and mix well. Pour into shallow pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or
until set. To serve, cut into squares.
Lemon Lime Pineapple Salad
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 tall slim can crushed pineapple
1 cup canned evaporated milk
1 cup salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
1 pint cottage cheese
1/4 cup nut meats (optional)
Mix the 2 packages of Jell-O with the 2 cups boiling water. Add the pineapple, including
liquid. Add the remaining ingredients as they are listed.
