Layer Salad
Dissolve 2 (3 oz.) packages lemon Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 package large marshmallows and stir until marshmallows dissolve. Cool. Add:
1 quart cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup cream, whipped
Mix with lemon Jell-O and set until firm.
Make up 2 (3 oz.) packages colored Jell-O. Let cool and pour over first part.
Lime or Cherry Salad
1 pkg. lime or cherry Jell-O
2 cups hot water
16 large marshmallows, cut up
Small can crushed pineapple
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pint whipped cream, whipped
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix Jell-O in hot water. Add cream cheese and marshmallows; dissolve and cool. Add
pineapple and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mix in dish and refrigerate.
