Pink Cloud
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
Bottled chocolate sauce
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Fold in
peppermint candy and whipped cream.
Spoon into serving glasses and chill until firm.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Pink Cream Whip
¼ cup boiling water
½ pkg. strawberry, cherry or raspberry Jell-O
1 small can evaporated milk
Pour boiling water over Jell-O and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add milk and mix well.
Chill in freezer until thickened. Whip at high speed until mixture holds its shape.
Chill. Makes 4 servings.
