Quick Jell-O Dessert
1 large pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
3 pints ice cream or sherbet
1 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add at once ice cream and frozen fruit. Mix but do not
beat. Sets quickly.
Raspberry Jell-O Mold
1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. frozen raspberries
2 bananas, mashed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup sour cream
Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries until thawed. Add
mashed bananas and crushed pineapple. Pour half of Jell-O mixture into mold and chill
until semi-set. Spread on sour cream, then pour the rest of the Jell-O mixture on top.
Chill until set.
