Each summer
several public spaces in Bellingham, Washington, offer a
series of free concerts. For the 2009 season, downtown
Bellingham offers Wednesday evening concerts, Elizabeth
Park in the historic Eldridge district offers early
Thursday evening concerts, brown bag noon children's
concerts run Fridays on the Bellingham Public Library
